Social Media Conference: Effective Social Networking & Web 2.0 Strategies for Local Authorities NORTH EAST

PSFBuzz, the first Web 2.0 strategies event for local governments, was a success in Manchester and a second is coming on 7 July 2009, Life Conference and Banqueting, at Newcastle upon Tyne.

This event will build on the first. Key presentations will be recapped and additional questions will be tackled, with new information in response to the first event.
All resources are currently living at www.davepress.net where Dave Briggs, Digital Enabler, handles the blogging, tweeting and other additional resources such as videos of both speakers and delegates at all future PSF events.

Speakers will include thought leaders in the Local Gov Web 2.0 field, evaluating successes, failures and where the future of Local Gov Web 2.0 is going.

There will be a number of interactive presentations where delegates will get the opportunity to input into the presentation content and where an output will be produced (Web 2.0 Usage Policy) and be accessible to the delegates post event.
