Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure Review Beware ?

A few months ago I passed my motorbike test and bought a Ducati 900 Monster. It was fantastic, fun to ride, and made getting around easy. It also use a lot less petrol then my car so I felt I was doing the green thing on journeys that I could not do on public transport. I insured my bike via Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure who wrote the policy with Ensign a trading name of QBE insurance at the time. Unfortunately my bike got stolen from outside my house. Now Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure or QBE Insurance AKA Ensign want to come and see me, fair enough. I then received a letter from Enquires & Investigations ICS a laser printed letterhead returning to a PO BOX saying that they were coming to see me. Who? I googled them and found nothing. I have not had contact from Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure or QBE insurance AKA Ensign to introduce this company and as a consumer I feel concerned.

Have you had dealings with Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure or QBE insurance AKA Ensign?

Do you know anything I should beware of with Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure or QBE insurance AKA Ensign? I would love to know.
