I have implemented the thesis theme for wordpress on this blog as part of an update I am going and I will be doing a thesis theme review after the update is finished.
It is said thesis theme boasts the strongest SEO of any theme on the market today and from what I have read that it should provide an 20 to 30% uplift in traffic. I will let you know how it goes.
My biggest concern when implementing the thesis theme for wordpress was that by making a significant change in my site was that it could negatively affect my SERPS however this did not happen, nor have I get seen an uplift in traffic get.

I see Matt Cutts uses this theme 🙂
We use Thesis on all our blogs and almost every power blogger I read is using it too. There are many resources for installing and modifying Thesis in the post I’ll link to this comment. It also includes links to reviews written by the many power bloggers who use it.
